  • Generated $2.5M in external sales for PG&E conference centers in addition to $6.4M in internal sales and saved $450K annually by downsizing six internal positions and devising a plan for the existing onsite conference consultant to assume a management responsibility.
     

  • Implemented a plan to effectively manage asbestos in place for PG&E facilities and avoided notice violations of approximately $25K per day. The program was executed ahead of schedule and resulted in a budget reduction of $1.5M over five years.
     

  • Produced $9M-$10M yearly through the lucrative sale PG&E properties.

Real Estate Program Manager

2002-2004

Ensured company compliance to regulations concerning asbestos development and management plans. Implemented processes to effectively manage asbestos in PG&E facilities. Conceptualized a five-year asbestos bulk-sampling plan for PG&E facilities. Created procedures to ensure compliance with abatement contracts. Developed and deployed plans for reducing expense budgets for maintenance and operations. Created a new organization structure including support services for environmental services, preventive maintenance, and various real estate services that led to the company’s plan of re-organization.

Bay Area Property Manager

 2000-2002

Maintained the $20M capital budget for improvements while overseeing six building supervisors responsible for daily facility maintenance. Interfaced with key stakeholders to resolve various tenant and facility issues. Managed a $45M contract for conference centers. Wrote and renegotiated contracts.

Manager – Property, Planning, and Transactions

1998-2000

Controlled a $4B real estate portfolio and over 6,000 square feet of office space. Headed strategic planning, acquisition, and disposition of surplus properties. Ensured environmental assessments.
